Returns

We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please email us at theearstory7@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide:

A return shipping label
Instructions on how and where to send your item

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you're located outside India, please note that return shipping may take longer than usual.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Please note, we do not accept returns for:

Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return for the original product. Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 3 days for any reason — no justification required.
Items must still be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
